And folks dressed up like Eskimos
– Me te hunga e kakahu ana ano he Eskimos
Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe
– E mōhio ana te katoa ki te pīni me ētahi rākau
Help to make the season bright
– Āwhina ki te hanga i te wa kanapa
Tiny tots with their eyes all aglow
– Tots iti ki o ratou kanohi katoa aglow
Will find it hard to sleep tonight
– Ka uaua ki te moe i tēnei pō
They know that Santa’s on his way
– E mōhio ana rātau kei te haere mai A Santa
He’s loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh
